How to request deletion of call data for privacy compliance

Last updated: December 2, 2025

To comply with privacy regulations like CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), you can request the deletion of specific call data, recordings, and transcripts from our systems.

Submitting a deletion request

Send a support request with the following information:

  • The conversation URL (e.g., https://[tenant-slug].replicant.ai/conversations/[ID])

  • Deadline for deletion (if applicable)

  • Reason for deletion (e.g., CCPA compliance)

What happens next

Once your request is received:

  1. Our team will initiate the deletion process

  2. The data will be irreversibly overwritten with redacted statements

  3. All related logs, recordings, and caller data will be removed from our systems

  4. You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete

Note: After deletion, if you visit the conversation URL, you will see that all information has been redacted. This confirms the successful deletion of the data.

Processing time

Deletion requests typically take several business days to process as they go through multiple teams for verification and execution. Please include any regulatory deadlines in your request to ensure timely completion.
